Produce build-ready electrical designs for islanded behind-the-meter microgrids: single-line and three-line diagrams, wiring schedules, equipment sizing (conductors, OCPD, disconnects, switchgear) across MV/LV/DC, basis-of-design for the Engineer of Record, DC collection layouts, and maintain drawing sets through IFC for procurement and field execution.

Lead design and deployment of autonomous machines and an autonomous fleet for rapid, large-scale energy-plant construction. Tasks include hardware prototyping, low- and high-level control, sensor fusion and localization, simulation and RL for sim-to-real, vendor production planning, and cross-discipline engineering coordination.

Lead owner-side technical execution of off-grid microgrid deployments from design through procurement, construction, commissioning, and commercial operation. Coordinate EOR/EPC/OEM, enforce scope/schedule/quality, support equipment selection, run commissioning sequences (BESS-first grid-forming), troubleshoot field issues, and maintain design basis and lessons-learned.

Design and drive mechanical hardware for off-grid GW-scale power plants from concept to mass production. Create detailed CAD and technical drawings, specify materials, run structural/FEA and wind-load analyses, and manage vendor handoff and volume manufacturing while iterating with electrical, robotics, and construction teams for field deployment.

Lead control architecture and power-electronics integration for islanded, inverter-dominant microgrids. Specify and validate grid-forming inverter and BESS PCS behavior, run islanded power-system studies, define MGC/EMS functional boundaries, drive OEM engagement, and author commissioning and validation test plans to ensure stable, continuous IT load operation without utility support.

Build and own a physics-based digital twin and simulation platform for off-grid power campuses, modeling PV, BESS, weather, terrain, and dispatch; ship offline-capable field software; collaborate with electrical, mechanical, and robotics engineers and validate models against field data.

Lead mechanical design for an autonomous field robot that installs rebar foundations: own chassis, mast, tool head, rebar handling, and locomotion. Size motors, specify actuators and sensors, perform structural and dynamic analysis, prototype and iterate in-field, define tolerance budgets, and transition designs toward a small production fleet emphasizing reliability and serviceability.

Design and own the robot's electrical systems end-to-end: power architecture, motor control, sensing, embedded real-time firmware, CAN/EtherCAT communication, test and field bring-up, and ruggedization for harsh outdoor environments.
