Teams at TAR

Owns the origination, structuring, negotiation, and closing of large multi-year capacity agreements with hyperscalers, AI labs, and neoclouds. Builds TAR’s commercial function from scratch, including pipeline development, pricing frameworks, deal processes, CRM, contract standards, forecasting, and initial hiring. Partners with finance, legal, engineering, and development while retaining ownership of customer relationships, contracted revenue, and deal terms.

Own office operations, payroll and HR administration, travel, expenses, events, scheduling, and executive support. Maintain accurate records, coordinate onboarding and offboarding, manage vendors and facilities, and improve lightweight systems and repeatable processes for a scaling company. Handle sensitive information with discretion, resolve unowned operational issues, and coordinate closely with leadership, finance, and employees.

Own the integrated schedule of renewable energy projects from development through commercial operation. Build and maintain schedules in Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project, track milestones and critical paths, assess delays and risks, review contractor schedules, develop recovery plans, and provide clear updates to project teams, leadership, and investors. Establish scheduling standards and construction look-aheads across the portfolio.
