Configures monitoring, manages platform operations, troubleshoots deployment failures, and develops backup and disaster-recovery plans while supporting software development teams and customer deployments.

Leads the architecture, development, testing, integration, and verification of modular software for open mission systems. Provides technical direction, mentors software and systems engineers, supports customer engagements and demonstrations, contributes to proposals, and improves system performance, scalability, and stability. The role involves Agile software lifecycle activities, hardware/software integration, secure development practices, and up to 20% travel to customer sites and conferences in support of defense technology solutions.

Develop, test, document, and optimize software for open mission systems integration, interoperability, and verification. Perform system testing, performance analysis, troubleshooting, and Agile development activities across integrated hardware and software environments. Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams on requirements and design, support customer deployments, provide technical guidance, and communicate technical findings, project status, and demonstrations to technical and business stakeholders.

Lead a portfolio of six defense programs delivering mission systems integration for Air Force and DoW customers. Bridge customer needs and technical teams, drive growth, prioritize investments, ensure on-time/on-budget delivery, manage risk, and communicate portfolio performance to leadership while supporting capture and scaling efforts.

Design, implement, and optimize interpreters/transpilers and language toolchains. Develop front-ends, IRs, optimization passes, and back-end code generators. Profile and tune generated assembly/IR for target ISAs and accelerators, support toolchain/runtime infrastructure, and collaborate with systems engineers and defense stakeholders to deliver verified, high-performance software.

The Solutions Engineer will partner with teams to develop technical strategies, engage with customers to understand needs, create tailored solutions, and provide technical leadership in software architecture and system integration.

Lead a portfolio of five+ defense programs supporting air armaments adoption of MOSA, software verification, and platform interoperability. Translate customer needs into executable deliverables, drive portfolio growth, ensure on-time/on-budget execution, manage risk and ROI, collaborate with customers, primes, subcontractors, and engineering, and report portfolio performance to leadership.

Develop, test, and integrate cloud-native analytic software using MBSE and SysML workflows. Build APIs, implement CI/CD and automated testing, support customer engagements in SCIF environments, and collaborate on design, code reviews, and deployments.
