Teams at Tangram Flex

Leads early-lifecycle systems engineering, including Voice of the Customer analysis, stakeholder-needs definition, requirements decomposition, MBSE modeling, and requirements gap analysis. Develops and enforces enterprise systems engineering standards, governance models, training, and adoption programs. Mentors engineering teams and collaborates with technical and government stakeholders. The hybrid role requires at least two days weekly at WPAFB, with other work performed remotely or in Dayton.

Develop, test, and integrate cloud-native analytic software using MBSE and SysML workflows. Build APIs, implement CI/CD and automated testing, support customer engagements in SCIF environments, and collaborate on design, code reviews, and deployments.

Administer and support enterprise collaboration and digital engineering tools, including Jama Connect, Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and GitLab. Manage user accounts, permissions, workflows, integrations, requirements traceability, security controls, and compliance across CUI and Secret environments. Provide troubleshooting, documentation, onboarding, training, stakeholder support, and ticket resolution for geographically distributed Air Force and Navy teams. Work onsite at WPAFB and serve as a secondary security point of contact.
