Ensure accurate, compliant payroll processing for multiple US subsidiaries: maintain payroll records, manage timekeeping, process taxes and garnishments (ADP), resolve payroll issues, handle inquiries, support GL reconciliation, reporting, and M&A payroll activities.

Design and implement real-time robotics and automation software (primarily C++) using ROS2/DDS. Integrate sensors (cameras, LiDAR, embedded controllers), develop autonomy, localization, and computer vision algorithms, create validation/test plans, produce technical documentation, collaborate across multidisciplinary teams, and mentor engineers to deliver safe, high-performance material handling automation solutions.

Act as product-focused business analyst for digital CX and e-commerce platforms (MyToyota, iW.Connect). Gather and document requirements, create user stories, prioritize backlog, analyze UX and platform metrics, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, support QA and production issue triage, and drive continuous improvement across dealer and internal processes.
