Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close and consolidated reporting. Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, reserves, and balance sheet analyses. Perform cash flow analysis, compile internal reports, support audits, research accounting issues, ensure GAAP/IFRS compliance, and drive process improvements.

Own and improve assigned manufacturing area by leading equipment projects, driving continuous improvement and lean/TPS initiatives, reducing downtime, supporting paint operations and automation, collaborating with stakeholders and vendors, and developing plans to increase productivity, quality, safety, and capacity.

Serve as a bridge between product strategy and operations to scale digital products. Design and optimize workflows, maintain SOPs and support tooling (e.g., Zendesk), gather customer feedback, lead change management, enable field adoption, and monitor analytics to drive continuous improvement. Frequent field engagement and up to 50% travel required.
