Performs physical, repetitive manufacturing work in a warehouse or factory environment to maintain product quality and support Toyota Material Handling’s production goals. Duties require extended standing and walking, attention to detail, and frequent bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, grasping, and lifting up to 44 pounds. The role operates on a fast-paced, non-climate-controlled shop floor.

Design and develop electric forklift powertrain systems and components, validating performance, durability, strength, safety, manufacturability, and cost. Responsibilities include managing development schedules, analyzing FEA results, defining prototype tests, coordinating control-system specifications, maintaining CAD and PLM revisions, reviewing drawings, preparing supplier specifications, and managing engineering documentation. The role requires cross-functional collaboration and hands-on product development experience.

Leads multiple related new product development projects, coordinating internal teams, vendors, budgets, schedules, governance, risks, documentation, and stakeholder communications. Ensures projects meet scope, timeline, and budget requirements while supporting process improvement, technical discussions, supplier negotiations, and executive reporting. Requires strong leadership in a matrix environment, project management expertise, and the ability to manage complex priorities.
