Own product health and sustaining engineering for energy systems in industrial electric trucks. Investigate field issues, perform root cause analysis, define corrective actions, improve reliability and performance, and support testing, safety compliance, documentation, and design changes. The role spans batteries, fuel cells, chargers, power electronics, vehicle interfaces, controls, software, thermal and mechanical systems, and CAN communications. It requires cross-functional collaboration with engineering, suppliers, service teams, customers, and leadership, with domestic travel up to 20%.

Support and stabilize enterprise applications (primarily SAP) by gathering requirements, resolving incidents, coordinating with technical teams and vendors, participating in testing and deployments, documenting processes, and supporting governance and continuous improvement.

Creates, tests, and validates engineering documentation supporting software releases, engineering changes, testing, and product development. Partners with engineering, change control, and marketing to process changes, interpret technical materials, write work instructions, troubleshoot documentation issues, collect hands-on data, evaluate software and testing procedures, and assess products in a lab environment. May use hand tools to build or modify equipment.
