Develop and own scalable software systems focused on Android, web, and backend applications. Collaborate across hardware, firmware, and machine learning projects, solve complex technical problems, mentor developers, and contribute across the startup’s technology stack. Work with React applications, computer vision, video and machine learning pipelines, IoT fleets, and Unix-based systems while helping build products deployed across thousands of venues.

Own the vision, roadmap, pricing, integrations, delivery, and business outcomes for Taiv’s Partners product. Conduct customer discovery, define requirements, collaborate with engineering and design, support enterprise sales, track metrics, and build scalable tools for multi-location venues. Establish release processes and documentation while using AI for analysis, prototyping, sub-agents, and QA. The role is hybrid in Winnipeg with occasional customer travel.

Own the advertiser product vision, roadmap, packaging, measurement, and delivery. Partner with sales, engineering, design, and leadership to create scalable ad offerings, prove ROAS, conduct customer research, define requirements, track metrics, and establish release documentation. The role requires hands-on product ownership, technical and AI fluency, business analysis, and occasional travel to major advertising markets.

Own full-cycle recruiting across sales, operations, marketing, and engineering roles. Responsibilities include application screening, recruiter calls, interview coordination, direct sourcing, candidate pipeline development, campus and community recruiting events, ATS data management, hiring metrics tracking, and advising hiring managers. The role requires proactive candidate engagement, strong organization and communication, and process improvement using AI tools in a high-growth startup environment.

Own end-to-end security for deployed devices, cloud infrastructure, and software delivery. Responsibilities include operating a private certificate authority, managing device identity and PKI, defining infrastructure security baselines, securing software supply chains, threat modeling, incident response, audit support, and corporate MDM. This hands-on senior role requires building security tooling, translating risks into engineering tasks, and improving security practices across the organization.

Sell Taiv's AI-powered in-venue TV solution to bars and restaurants. Prospect and cold-call venue owners, build relationships, demo product, close new accounts, and hit revenue targets to drive company growth.

Own and improve logging, diagnostics, and reliability for a large fleet of custom Android IoT devices. Diagnose and fix Android framework and vendor-layer performance and compatibility issues, support firmware integrations, reduce crashes and offline devices, and participate in on-call rotations alongside embedded and hardware teams.

Own and build Taiv's end-to-end test strategy and automation across firmware, detection models, backend, web (TypeScript/React) and Android. Create testing standards, implement automation (Playwright/Maestro), reduce regressions, and partner with engineering leadership to ensure organization-wide adoption.

Manage Taiv’s channel partner relationships, enable partners through onboarding and training, grow referrals and revenue, build scalable partner processes, coordinate with product, sales, and operations, and create reporting on partner performance and opportunities.

Build and lead Taiv’s national advertising sales business. Sell a technically complex live-sports advertising product to national brands and media agencies, develop relationships with digital and video buyers, generate new business, exceed revenue targets, and help scale the ad business from the ground up.
