Work with React applications, computer vision, video and machine learning pipelines, IoT fleets, and Unix-based systems while helping build products deployed across thousands of venues.

Own relationships with a portfolio of high-value enterprise partners across hospitality and gaming. Responsibilities include conducting business reviews, monitoring account health and device uptime, coordinating issue resolution, identifying expansion opportunities, representing partner needs internally, and managing renewals. The role requires enterprise account management experience, senior stakeholder engagement, CRM proficiency, and clear communication across multiple complex accounts.

Own and improve logging, diagnostics, and reliability for a large fleet of custom Android IoT devices. Diagnose and fix Android framework and vendor-layer performance and compatibility issues, support firmware integrations, reduce crashes and offline devices, and participate in on-call rotations alongside embedded and hardware teams.

Own and build Taiv's end-to-end test strategy and automation across firmware, detection models, backend, web (TypeScript/React) and Android. Create testing standards, implement automation (Playwright/Maestro), reduce regressions, and partner with engineering leadership to ensure organization-wide adoption.

Own the post-sale onboarding process for bars and restaurants, coordinating venues, AV technicians, and sales representatives to schedule installations and launch screens quickly. Track onboarding queues, follow up persistently with venue managers, troubleshoot basic AV and connectivity issues by phone, and ensure configurations are correct before account handoff. Document recurring problems, create standardized procedures, and improve onboarding efficiency.
