Own expansion, retention, and commercial growth for 5-12 mid-market and enterprise accounts. Responsible for expansion and renewal quotas, net revenue retention, executive QBRs/ABRs, account plans, technical orchestration (SSO/APIs/workflows), cross-functional escalation, and proactive churn reduction. Drive seat penetration, multi-team adoption, and measurable ARR expansion while coordinating engineering and influencing product roadmap.

Own end-to-end reliability of browser-based capture: design, implement, and ship extension and persistence across Meet, Zoom, and Teams. Build observability, SLOs, tooling, and experiments to improve capture success and durability; mentor engineers and lead ambiguous system work from framing to rollout.
