Own important user-facing product areas end to end, from ambiguous direction through architecture, implementation, production rollout, measurement, and ongoing improvement. Build across frontend, backend, APIs, infrastructure, native clients, and AI systems. Use AI coding agents, observability, automation, testing, and evals to increase safe autonomy and reduce recurring manual work while maintaining production reliability and product judgment.

Own product strategy and execution for a core initiative. Prototype AI features, run A/B tests, pull data in Mixpanel/SQL, conduct weekly user interviews, iterate rapidly, and ship MVPs to drive PLG growth and monetization.

Own expansion, retention, and commercial growth for 5-12 mid-market and enterprise accounts. Responsible for expansion and renewal quotas, net revenue retention, executive QBRs/ABRs, account plans, technical orchestration (SSO/APIs/workflows), cross-functional escalation, and proactive churn reduction. Drive seat penetration, multi-team adoption, and measurable ARR expansion while coordinating engineering and influencing product roadmap.
