Leads and develops a regional sales team responsible for launching therapeutic products, achieving revenue goals, expanding clinical markets, and building strategic partnerships. Provides technical leadership for cloud-based backend services and shared platforms supporting connected medical devices and digital health applications. Defines scalable, secure, compliant architectures, service boundaries, APIs, integrations, data flows, and operational patterns. Leads architecture reviews, cybersecurity design, documentation, risk management, traceability, and regulated software release support, including FDA 510(k) activities. Collaborates with internal teams and external partners to establish architecture governance and strengthen ownership of critical technical decisions.

Leads medical device research and development from concept through design transfer. Owns technical scope, product specifications, prototyping, verification and validation planning, risk documentation, engineering deliverables, supplier capability evaluation, regulatory compliance, and manufacturing transfer. Collaborates with marketing, clinical, regulatory, supply chain, and manufacturing teams while developing prototypes, evaluating emerging technologies, troubleshooting design issues, and communicating project progress to stakeholders and senior leadership.

Leads the Order Transformation function supporting reimbursement operations through future-state process design, platform implementation, automation, governance, and operating model changes. Owns transformation roadmaps, program and portfolio delivery, benefits realization, stakeholder alignment, change management, and adoption. Partners across operations, technology, finance, compliance, sales, and patient services while using data and business metrics to evaluate outcomes. Develops transformation staff and drives sustainable improvements across order operations.

Build and maintain analytics-ready datasets and semantic models in Microsoft Fabric using SQL, dimensional modeling, DAX, and Power Query. Validate data quality, standardize metrics, support BI reporting, improve dataset usability, and align models with governance and architectural standards. Collaborate with BI developers, ETL engineers, business stakeholders, and data governance teams to deliver trusted, reusable analytical assets.

Provides technical leadership for embedded firmware and software in Class II medical devices. Leads architecture, development, debugging, integration, connectivity, cybersecurity, documentation, verification, and platform decisions across microcontroller, RTOS, bare-metal, and emerging embedded Linux systems. Mentors engineers and improves engineering practices involving code review, testing, automation, CI/CD, release readiness, and post-release support while ensuring compliance with regulated medical device development requirements.
