Serve as a Senior IT Business Analyst supporting and improving customized business systems. The Market Development Manager develops strategies for increasing awareness and treatment of specific medical conditions, collaborating with sales and clinical teams to drive product adoption.

Manage supplier quality for medical device components by performing supplier audits, maintaining the Approved Supplier List, driving supplier corrective actions, tracking supplier performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with ISO 13485 and FDA QSR. Support eQMS/ERP supplier modules, oversee supplier qualification/re‑qualification, maintain documentation, and travel to supplier sites (~20%).

The Clinical Specialist delivers clinical and educational support to sales staff, clinicians, and patients within a specific territory, focusing on respiratory care.

Build and validate predictive and causal inference models from messy healthcare commercial data; translate models into dashboards/scoring systems; partner with marketing, market access, and commercial teams to inform strategy and deploy model-driven decisions.
