Manage freight opportunities by sourcing carriers, negotiating rates, and maintaining carrier/customer relationships. Provide proactive customer service, ensure TMS data accuracy, monitor market conditions, collaborate with internal teams, and support shipment lifecycle execution for truckload, drayage, and LTL transportation.

Manage a team of drivers and daily fleet operations including performance, training, compliance, and maintenance scheduling. Plan and execute loads to meet customer expectations, maximize asset utilization, and ensure DOT compliance. Build customer relationships, resolve service issues, analyze operational data, and prepare performance reports. May negotiate carrier rates and supervise non-driving associates.

Manage dedicated customer accounts and fleet operations including dispatching, scheduling, documentation (BOLs, trip sheets), driver leadership and retention, load planning, utilization and profitability strategies, customer relationship development, and proactive shipment issue resolution.
