Designs transportation solutions and pricing models for lower-to-mid complexity customer opportunities. Responsibilities include cleansing and structuring RFP and lane data, building labor, fleet, routing, and overhead cost models, supporting scenario analysis, presenting findings, coordinating with Operations, Finance, and Sales, identifying model risks, and contributing to win/loss analysis, tools, templates, and continuous improvement.

Manage freight opportunities by sourcing carriers, negotiating rates, and maintaining carrier/customer relationships. Provide proactive customer service, ensure TMS data accuracy, monitor market conditions, collaborate with internal teams, and support shipment lifecycle execution for truckload, drayage, and LTL transportation.

Manage a team of drivers and daily fleet operations including performance, training, compliance, and maintenance scheduling. Plan and execute loads to meet customer expectations, maximize asset utilization, and ensure DOT compliance. Build customer relationships, resolve service issues, analyze operational data, and prepare performance reports. May negotiate carrier rates and supervise non-driving associates.
