Manage multiple IT and AV infrastructure projects from planning through delivery, coordinating internal teams, clients, suppliers, and vendors. Responsibilities include timeline and budget management, risk mitigation, vendor proposal review, sourcing and procurement, purchase orders, delivery forecasting, pre-sales support, technical proposals, estimates, project documentation, and stakeholder reporting. The role requires client-facing communication, technical infrastructure knowledge, fluent English, and Korean proficiency for local engagement.

Provides technical support for Windows systems, PC hardware and software, TCP/IP LANs, iOS, and OS X. Troubleshoots complex issues, delivers customer service, supports business processes, and works independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. The role requires multitasking, confidentiality, continuous learning, bilingual English and Cantonese proficiency, and availability outside normal business hours for emergency issues.
