About the Role
We are looking for a technically capable and detail-oriented Salesforce Developer to support Salesforce systems, process improvements, and business operations across our global organization.
The role will work closely with senior Salesforce developers and the Systems & Process Improvement Manager to maintain and improve Salesforce configurations, workflows, automations, data quality, documentation, and system processes. Over time, the role may expand to platforms such as ServiceNow and NetSuite.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Salesforce configuration, maintenance, workflows, and automation using Flow Builder, Process Builder, and declarative tools.
- Analyze existing processes and configurations to identify opportunities for simplification, standardization, and automation.
- Perform data gathering, root cause analysis, and performance analysis to support process improvements.
- Maintain accurate process documentation, configuration records, change logs, and process maps.
- Support testing, documentation, and controlled deployment of Salesforce changes.
- Monitor platform and process performance and prepare reports on improvement initiatives.
- Support data quality and data hygiene activities within Salesforce.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders across different time zones.
- Provide knowledge transfer and support users on Salesforce changes and process improvements.
- Gradually contribute to improvement initiatives across platforms such as ServiceNow and NetSuite.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience with Salesforce or another technical CRM platform.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flows, automation, and platform configuration.
- Good understanding of Salesforce data, objects, reports, and workflows.
- Experience with process documentation, change management, and system governance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including data analysis and root cause analysis.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with global teams.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Python, JavaScript, or Apex.
- Exposure to ServiceNow, NetSuite, ITSM, asset management, or procurement workflows.
- Understanding of REST API integrations.
- Salesforce or other CRM certifications.
- Experience working with international/APAC teams.
