Conduct automated and manual testing of rugged computer systems, including hardware, software, operating systems, BIOS/UEFI, networks, and peripherals. Diagnose board- and component-level issues using schematics and electronic measurement tools, analyze performance data, document defects in JIRA, verify compliance with specifications and military requirements, and collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams on root-cause analysis and corrective actions.

Designs, builds, supports, and improves Microsoft-based business solutions across Microsoft 365, Azure, SharePoint, Teams, and Power Platform. Translates business requirements into technical designs, workflows, integrations, and automation while supporting identity, access, security, governance, testing, training, troubleshooting, releases, and adoption. Partners with business and IT stakeholders to improve efficiency, collaboration, data visibility, reliability, and maintainability.

Manages full-cycle recruiting for production, skilled trades, engineering, technical, compliance, and corporate roles. Develops sourcing strategies, builds candidate pipelines, conducts screenings, coordinates interviews, manages offers and recruiting records, and supports onboarding. Partners with hiring managers, universities, workforce organizations, and staffing agencies. Maintains legal compliance, contributes to employer branding and workforce programs, supports internships, and may facilitate orientations and exit interviews. Travel may include recruiting events and university partnerships.

The Cable Supervisor will manage cable assembly processes, develop schedules, lead personnel, ensure on-time delivery, and implement best practices for quality and productivity.

Design and optimize manufacturing systems for aerospace-focused products. Implement lean methodologies, improve floor layouts and capacity planning, specify tooling and equipment, and collaborate with quality, supply chain, and design teams to transition products from prototype to production.

Evaluate, select, and qualify electronic and mechanical components for rugged aerospace systems. Manage obsolescence, vendor review, supplier issues, and compliance with aerospace standards. Maintain component databases, internal part numbers, and technical documentation while supporting hardware design and sourcing teams.
