The Cable Supervisor will manage cable assembly processes, develop schedules, lead personnel, ensure on-time delivery, and implement best practices for quality and productivity.

Perform incoming and in-process inspections, lead CAPA/NCR and FAI activities, conduct root-cause and failure analyses, manage quality metrics, collaborate with suppliers/customers, ensure compliance with ISO 9001/AS9100/ITAR, and drive continuous improvement projects.

Evaluate, select, and qualify electronic and mechanical components for rugged aerospace systems. Manage obsolescence, vendor review, supplier issues, and compliance with aerospace standards. Maintain component databases, internal part numbers, and technical documentation while supporting hardware design and sourcing teams.

Design and optimize manufacturing systems for aerospace-focused products. Implement lean methodologies, improve floor layouts and capacity planning, specify tooling and equipment, and collaborate with quality, supply chain, and design teams to transition products from prototype to production.

Owner of contract and quality compliance activities: respond to customer compliance documentation requests, support customer and AS9100 audits, manage FAR/DFAR compliance matrices, review purchase order terms, prepare AS9102/first article and source inspection documentation, perform internal audits, and advise on export compliance and regulatory requirements.
