- Provide functional leadership for business solutions initiatives by coordinating work, setting priorities, and guiding solution delivery to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Foster collaboration between business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure clear communication and effective execution of technology initiatives.
Business Analysis
- Analyze business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement through technology solutions.
- Work with stakeholders to gather, document, and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
Solution Design and Implementation
- Collaborate with IT and technical teams to design, implement, and optimize systems that improve operational efficiency and support business objectives.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, standardized, and aligned with organizational
- technology strategy.
- Coordinate and track business systems initiatives to ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with organizational priorities.
Solution Management
- Monitor and evaluate business systems to ensure they continue to meet operational needs and deliver value to the organization.
- Identify opportunities for system enhancements, standardization, and automation to improve efficiency, reliability, and user experience.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and technical teams to support the ongoing maintenance, optimization, and evolution of business solutions.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a Business Analyst role or similar, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience working with software development and IT teams on business projects.
