Manage end-to-end HR operations across recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, employee records, lifecycle processes, grievances, and engagement. The role coordinates with employees, managers, vendors, and payroll teams; maintains HR documentation and reports; supports PF, ESIC, NATS, benefits enrollment, attendance, exits, settlements, and HRMS updates.

Manage day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, employee documentation, exits, grievance handling, and engagement. The role coordinates with employees, managers, candidates, payroll teams, consultants, and vendors while maintaining accurate HRMS records, personnel files, reports, attendance data, and compliance documentation.

Supports product development for banking and financial-services software by gathering client and business requirements, conducting business analysis and market research, defining user flows and wireframes, documenting user stories and acceptance criteria, and prioritizing enhancements. Collaborates with clients, developers, QA, and stakeholders throughout Agile ceremonies and delivery. Uses Figma for prototypes and basic UI/UX design, monitors implementation progress, and incorporates feedback into product improvements.

Support all phases of the software test life cycle: create and maintain test plans, execute manual and automated tests, develop test cases and data, report results, identify requirements gaps, and advise project managers on QA best practices for lending-domain applications.

Edit long-form business podcasts into short-form social content (Reels, Shorts), add captions/graphics, repurpose insights for LinkedIn/Instagram/YouTube, assist content scheduling, monitor engagement, and support social growth using editing and AI tools.

Identify and qualify prospects in Banking, NBFC, and FinTech; generate leads; build and maintain client relationships; run product demos; maintain CRM and sales reports; stay current on market trends; travel to client locations as needed.

Sell Synoriq's lending technology to banks, NBFCs, and FinTechs by generating leads, qualifying prospects, coordinating demos, building relationships, maintaining CRM records, and supporting product implementation. Stay current on industry trends, track competitors, and travel to client sites as needed to drive pipeline and revenue growth.

Support the sales team by managing leads and opportunities, researching prospects and markets, preparing proposals and reports, coordinating internal teams, analyzing basic sales data, and streamlining sales workflows.

Responsible for lead generation, prospecting, and nurturing relationships within Banking, NBFC and FinTech clients. Qualify prospects, schedule demos, maintain CRM, track sales activities, and represent Synoriq’s lending technology solutions. Stay current on industry trends, support client visits and travel as needed.
