Work with engineering, procurement, and delivery teams to tailor solutions, negotiate contracts, maintain CRM records, and report pipeline and market intelligence to support growth.

Pre-qualify contractors to provide mechanical, electrical, and mechatronic engineering services including installation, fabrication, maintenance, calibration, HVAC/piping, electrical installations, transformer/switchgear servicing, panel building, PLC programming, automation/robotics integration, sensors/instrumentation, energy audits, and Industry 4.0 solutions for industrial/FMCG environments.

Lead multi-country engineering projects from planning through delivery: develop schedules and WBS, allocate resources, control budgets, manage SLAs and client relationships, enforce safety and compliance, mitigate risks, supervise teams, maintain documentation, and report project performance using PM tools.
