Support design, implementation, and operation of SDDC initiatives. Assist senior engineers with requirements and infrastructure architecture, automate processes, troubleshoot server/storage/virtualization, manage tickets and vendor coordination, contribute to RCAs and KPI dashboards, maintain documentation, and participate in on-call rotations.

Manage daily capacity reporting and data accuracy to support infrastructure capacity decisions. Maintain work-queue hygiene, vendor/pricing/BOM trackers, generate recurring reports and basic dashboards, validate incoming requests, and support incident/change documentation while following data governance and process standards.

Senior individual contributor responsible for hunting new customers and channel partners, developing market opportunities, negotiating and closing complex deals, maintaining pipelines, coordinating internal resources, preparing sales reports, and supporting customer/partner growth and retention.

Provides escalated technical support for complex application and infrastructure issues. Installs, monitors, maintains, and optimizes production servers, software, databases, and cloud services. Performs root cause analysis, log and metrics research, application health monitoring, incident prioritization, performance benchmarking, user acceptance testing, and issue resolution. Coordinates internal teams and third-party vendors while maintaining ownership of support cases and communicating with technical and non-technical customers.

Provide escalated technical support and ownership for complex production issues, install/configure and optimize servers and network infrastructure, monitor application and system health, perform capacity planning and benchmarking, analyze logs and metrics, participate in database design reviews, and communicate with customers and stakeholders to resolve and prevent incidents.

Design, develop, test, debug, and maintain enterprise software. Learn codebase, attend design meetings, write and fix code, perform analysis and testing, and mentor junior engineers.

Lead Cloud Engineers design, implement, and maintain secure and scalable cloud infrastructure across multiple platforms, using Terraform for automation and supporting cloud security measures.

Provide global pre-sales technical leadership and sales support for a defined product set. Develop and present technical solutions, create proposals and network designs, assist in closing complex technical sales, relay customer needs to product teams, and support demonstrations and installations. Support sales targets, competitive analyses, and represent products at industry events.
