Analyze large datasets, identify valuable data sources, preprocess structured and unstructured data, visualize trends, and build/validate machine-learning models for classification, detection, and prediction. Manage daily capacity reporting and data accuracy to support infrastructure capacity decisions. Maintain work-queue hygiene, vendor/pricing/BOM trackers, generate recurring reports and basic dashboards, validate incoming requests, and support incident/change documentation while following data governance and process standards.

Support design, implementation, maintenance, and automation of VMware-based infrastructure (VCF/NSX/vCenter/ESXi). Troubleshoot systems, manage patches, document RCA findings, assist server/storage/virtualization changes, develop KPIs and automation, and adhere to change control.

Perform IREG roaming tests per GSM standards to set up and validate roaming partners. Troubleshoot SS7, switching, SGSN/GGSN, and SMSC issues; manage test plans, schedules, and process controls; support roaming implementations and customer interactions.

Provide escalated technical production support for servers, applications, and infrastructure. Troubleshoot complex incidents, lead problem management, monitor system and application health, analyze logs/metrics, coordinate internal and third-party resources, perform benchmarking and UAT, and implement corrective actions to optimize performance and reliability.

Senior individual contributor responsible for hunting new customers and channel partners, developing market opportunities, negotiating and closing complex deals, maintaining pipelines, coordinating internal resources, preparing sales reports, and supporting customer/partner growth and retention.

Validate high-volume messaging billing, execute settlement reconciliation, and manage dispute lifecycle across global carriers. Support revenue assurance, month-end close, audit deliverables, SLA/KPI monitoring, and cross-functional coordination for messaging monetization and billing accuracy.
