Summer interns will complete an end-to-end project supporting engineering, product, business operations, or sales and marketing. Responsibilities may include research, competitive analysis, process and product optimization, coding, API development, data analysis, reporting, and presenting recommendations to leadership. Interns receive mentorship and collaborate cross-functionally with teams including Design, Engineering, Legal, and Business Operations.

Manage, retain, and expand enterprise accounts across global financial institutions. Drive upsell, cross-sell, renewals, pipeline forecasting, platform adoption, and revenue growth. Build executive relationships, lead business reviews, mitigate churn, and represent customer needs internally. Advise clients on applications, workflows, and integrations while monitoring market dynamics and supporting improvements to account management and engagement programs.

Manage and expand relationships with enterprise financial institution accounts. Responsibilities include driving upsell and cross-sell growth, retaining clients, conducting executive business reviews, forecasting renewals, mitigating churn, advising on solutions and integrations, and influencing senior stakeholders. The role requires consultative selling, enterprise SaaS or FinTech experience, commercial negotiation, account expansion, and familiarity with SaaS metrics such as ARR, NRR, and churn.
