The Lead Client Solutions Engineer manages project delivery for clients; oversees RFP processes, resolves technical issues, and mentors team members.

Support post-sale customer adoption and onboarding of Symphony's platform. Deliver standard demos and training, coordinate deployment and engagement activities, track adoption metrics, maintain customer resources, collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues, and build product and industry expertise to drive value.

Design, build, and maintain scalable, highly available cloud infrastructure using IaC. Manage Kubernetes clusters with Helm and ArgoCD, implement observability with Splunk and Grafana, automate operations with Python/Go, provide production support and participate in 24/7 on-call rotation, and troubleshoot networking and Linux systems across GCP and AWS.
