Sells new and used large agricultural equipment to new and existing customers. Manages customer accounts, conducts field demonstrations, maintains product and competitive knowledge, supports financing, tracks customer and market trends, attends sales training, assists with customer events, and evaluates used equipment for trade-ins. Requires equipment sales experience, agricultural equipment knowledge, customer relationship skills, basic sales-report analysis, and familiarity with precision farming.

Manage the company’s social media channels and website, create written, graphic, photo, and video content, support digital campaigns, update equipment and promotional listings, monitor customer interactions, and analyze marketing performance. Collaborate with sales, service, parts, agriculture, leadership, dealership teams, vendors, and marketing partners to maintain accurate branding and increase engagement, leads, and brand awareness.

Provides administrative support for a dealership, including greeting visitors, directing calls, processing deposits, balancing cash receipts, recording accounts payable and receivable entries, maintaining financial records and files, reviewing purchase orders, distributing mail, preparing correspondence, supporting sales, parts, and service departments, and ordering office supplies.

Provides technical support to dealership service, parts, sales, and precision agriculture teams. Diagnoses mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, electronic, and technology issues; interprets manuals and schematics; manages manufacturer support cases; creates troubleshooting resources; documents recurring problems; assists with technical training; and supports telematics, software, precision agriculture, and emerging equipment technologies.

Process vendor invoices and payments, verify invoice accuracy, obtain approvals, reconcile vendor statements, maintain vendor and tax records (1099s/exempt forms), prepare checks/online payments, scan/file documents, and assist coworkers with related accounting tasks.
