Review and prepare fiber optic construction projects for production by evaluating designs, identifying constructability issues, and coordinating engineering and field teams. Use IQGEO/Ocius-X/GIS to validate documentation, track project status, support design revisions, and ensure projects meet quality, regulatory, and schedule requirements. Provide technical feedback and communicate readiness, risks, and recommendations to leadership.

Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and user issues; install and maintain desktops, laptops, printers; support Microsoft 365 and basic network connectivity; assist with account setup, system migrations, data validation, documentation, workstation deployment, equipment inventory, and IT project coordination.

Maintain accurate financial records, process AP/AR, perform reconciliations and journal entries, support month- and year-end closes, prepare reports, assist budgeting/forecasting, support audits, reconcile billing and revenue, and improve accounting controls and processes.

Supervise OPI Leads and Outside Plant Inspectors to ensure fiber optic and cable plant construction meets engineering specs and industry standards. Lead field inspection teams, perform audits, manage reporting in Ocius-X, train staff, enforce safety and quality, coordinate with project management and engineering, and support emergency/24/7 operations.

Support IT team with troubleshooting, documentation, system migration assistance, and basic data/reporting tasks. Gain exposure to networks, cybersecurity practices, enterprise applications, and internal process improvements while performing administrative and project coordination duties.

Provide phone and written technical support: diagnose, troubleshoot, document issues, update customers, resolve or escalate technical problems, and use business software to track interactions and resolutions while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Lead day-to-day accounting operations for a regional ISP, manage month/year-end close, financial reporting, budgeting, internal controls, audits, cash flow, and supervise accounting staff. Support process improvements, regulatory compliance, and telecom revenue/expense analysis.

Process vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, and payments; maintain vendor records; reconcile statements; support month-end close and 1099 preparation; resolve discrepancies; improve AP workflows; coordinate with internal teams and respond to vendor inquiries to ensure timely, accurate payments and compliance with policies.

Serve as first customer contact for internet service inquiries; handle inbound/outbound calls, provide product information, troubleshoot issues, document interactions in CRM, escalate complex problems, collaborate to meet performance goals, and work mostly on-site in Metairie with one remote weekend day.

Manage fiber-optic installation projects from inception to completion: create schedules and budgets, supervise on-site and virtual teams, read splice diagrams and construction drawings, perform site inspections, troubleshoot installations, ensure regulatory and safety compliance, and coordinate emergency or outage responses.

Lead and develop the marketing organization to grow customer and product penetration. Create and execute go-to-market, acquisition, and upsell campaigns (digital, direct mail, outdoor), manage brand and partnerships, analyze performance metrics, plan events, oversee vendors, and develop a high-performing team to meet revenue and customer growth targets.
