Lead day-to-day accounting operations for a regional ISP, manage month/year-end close, financial reporting, budgeting, internal controls, audits, cash flow, and supervise accounting staff. Support process improvements, regulatory compliance, and telecom revenue/expense analysis.

Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and user issues; install and maintain desktops, laptops, printers; support Microsoft 365 and basic network connectivity; assist with account setup, system migrations, data validation, documentation, workstation deployment, equipment inventory, and IT project coordination.

Lead and grow marketing to increase customer and product penetration, build high-performing teams, develop go-to-market and acquisition/up-sell strategies, run integrated campaigns across digital and traditional channels, leverage data and AI tools to optimize performance, manage partnerships, report on metrics, and support sales/field events.
