The Business Systems Analyst II translates business needs into requirements, functional specifications, process flows, acceptance criteria, and testable solutions. The role supports commercial banking, lending, treasury management, core systems, integrations, testing, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, SQL data validation, releases, documentation, and production operations. It collaborates with product managers, business stakeholders, developers, vendors, and leadership to deliver compliant and effective financial-services solutions.

Develops, tests, implements, and maintains web applications for banking and lending products. Troubleshoots complex software issues, researches technical problems, integrates new technologies, and designs scalable solutions. Participates in Agile/Scrum planning, story estimation, solution architecture, vendor collaboration, and proof-of-concept development. Leads assigned initiatives, ensures delivery against business objectives, and follows software development standards and processes.

Leads enterprise architecture across business applications, integrations, APIs, data flows, cloud infrastructure, security, and operational dependencies. Partners with executives and technology teams to define current and target-state architectures, roadmaps, standards, governance, and modernization strategies. Serves as technical decision owner for large, multi-year initiatives, evaluates platforms and vendors, guides implementation, manages risks and exceptions, and ensures successful transition to operations.

Leads day-to-day operations, performance monitoring, releases, configurations, and support for business platforms including online banking and account-opening systems. Coordinates vendors, business stakeholders, technical teams, and the PMO; manages enhancements, escalations, documentation, user support, and platform-related projects. Ensures availability, SLA performance, quality, effective communication, and improved user experience across assigned platforms.

Designs, implements, administers, and maintains infrastructure across Windows Server, virtualization, cloud, storage, backup, and disaster recovery platforms. Leads infrastructure projects, resolves complex cross-platform issues, performs root-cause analysis, and develops automation and infrastructure-as-code practices. The role supports security, compliance, business continuity, system lifecycle management, and operational reliability while collaborating with technical teams, vendors, and client stakeholders.

Manage post-sale client onboarding and technical implementation projects for cloud hosting and other technology solutions. Coordinate IT, engineering, architecture, operations, vendors, and clients; track schedules, deliverables, risks, issues, tickets, testing, integrations, and project turnover. Lead meetings, communicate status, resolve blockers, support process improvements, and ensure successful client delivery across concurrent projects.

Designs, supports, and evolves enterprise LAN and WAN infrastructure across multiple data centers and client environments. Leads technical discussions, develops architecture standards, roadmaps, implementation plans, operational runbooks, and cost-benefit recommendations. Researches emerging technologies, oversees infrastructure installations, mentors network operations staff, and serves as an escalation point for complex network troubleshooting. The role also supports integration with existing systems, infrastructure refreshes, efficiency improvements, and cost reduction initiatives.

Supports the maintenance, monitoring, troubleshooting, patching, upgrading, and reliability of Linux, AIX, and DB2 environments supporting the Keystone application. Participates in disaster recovery testing, automation initiatives, incident response, system documentation, and business continuity activities while collaborating with senior engineers and technical teams.

Monitors and maintains daily enterprise processing, scheduling, backups, ACH, and end-of-day operations for a credit union. Provides technical support for core processing systems, administers monitoring tools, investigates exceptions, escalates issues, prepares service-level reporting, and supports operational continuity through on-call coverage. The role also analyzes process data, identifies service gaps, and helps implement improvements across IT and business teams.

Owns the end-to-end lifecycle of enterprise cloud and managed services products. Responsibilities include product strategy, roadmap development, market and customer research, backlog prioritization, Agile product ownership, stakeholder coordination, customer adoption programs, regulatory and security compliance, and translating business and customer needs into technical features. The role leads cross-functional engineering, security, sales, marketing, design, and vendor teams while supporting hosted-product delivery and continuous improvement.
