Perform and manage end-to-end, regression, manual and automated testing across large projects. Lead multi-organization talent acquisition strategy and full-cycle recruiting across a credit union and two CUSOs. Build scalable sourcing pipelines, manage external agencies, own employer brand, ensure compliance and ATS hygiene, deliver TA reporting and metrics, and coach a TA team to meet high-volume and specialized hiring needs.

Design, document, and support enterprise network architectures across multiple data centers. Lead technical discussions, create standards and runbooks, plan implementations and future roadmap, mentor teams, and act as an escalation point for network issues.

Maintain and monitor secure, highly available datacenter and distributed networks. Implement and support network/security solutions (VMware, Cisco, Palo Alto, SD-WAN), manage multi-carrier WAN and client VPNs, analyze and remediate network issues, create security policies, support disaster recovery, and ensure regulatory compliance (SOX, PCI, SSAE, NCUA, FDIC).

Support development, testing, implementation, documentation, and maintenance of database objects, basic ETL/SSIS processes, and SSRS/Power BI reports. Troubleshoot and document systems, assist migrations to web services/schedulers, contribute to POCs, and follow team development practices under senior supervision.
