Designs and leads enterprise AI solutions for internal and external clients. Develops AI strategies, architecture standards, reusable frameworks, and production-ready solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, and Power Platform. Advises executives, guides discovery through optimization, evaluates emerging technologies, establishes security and governance requirements, assesses AI readiness and risk, and mentors delivery teams across client engagements.

Maintain and monitor secure, highly available datacenter and distributed networks. Implement and support network/security solutions (VMware, Cisco, Palo Alto, SD-WAN), manage multi-carrier WAN and client VPNs, analyze and remediate network issues, create security policies, support disaster recovery, and ensure regulatory compliance (SOX, PCI, SSAE, NCUA, FDIC).

Design, document, and support enterprise network architectures across multiple data centers. Lead technical discussions, create standards and runbooks, plan implementations and future roadmap, mentor teams, and act as an escalation point for network issues.

Monitor and administer core processing jobs, enterprise scheduling, and system monitoring. Troubleshoot and communicate escalations, provide on-call operational support, maintain end-of-day/month and ACH processes, and produce management reporting to ensure SLA adherence.

Support and maintain Linux/AIX servers and DB2 databases for the Keystone application. Perform monitoring, routine maintenance, patching, upgrades, incident troubleshooting, DR testing, automation, and documentation while collaborating with senior engineers to ensure system reliability.

The Project Manager II manages multiple medium-complexity technology projects from scope definition through implementation. Responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams and vendors, tracking schedules, costs, risks, issues, decisions, deliverables, and invoices, and leading project meetings. The role also supports EPMO process improvement, mentors team members, and manages projects involving network, hardware, and software assets across on-premise, hosted, and cloud environments.

Supports enterprise infrastructure across Windows Server, virtualization, cloud, storage, backup, monitoring, and Microsoft 365 environments. Performs provisioning, patching, upgrades, troubleshooting, security hardening, vulnerability remediation, incident response, disaster recovery testing, and operational maintenance. Collaborates with senior engineers, security, networking, service desk, vendors, and clients to deliver reliable, secure systems. Maintains documentation, follows change-management processes, and identifies opportunities for automation and process improvement.

Support Microsoft solution suite under VP of Product: define product roadmaps, manage licenses/vendors, drive enterprise adoption, gather VoC, document user stories, work with cross-functional teams, track adoption metrics, and ensure compliance and release readiness.
