Designs, supports, and evolves enterprise LAN and WAN infrastructure across multiple data centers and client environments. Leads technical discussions, develops architecture standards, roadmaps, implementation plans, operational runbooks, and cost-benefit recommendations. Researches emerging technologies, oversees infrastructure installations, mentors network operations staff, and serves as an escalation point for complex network troubleshooting. The role also supports integration with existing systems, infrastructure refreshes, efficiency improvements, and cost reduction initiatives.

Supports the maintenance, monitoring, troubleshooting, patching, upgrading, and reliability of Linux, AIX, and DB2 environments supporting the Keystone application. Participates in disaster recovery testing, automation initiatives, incident response, system documentation, and business continuity activities while collaborating with senior engineers and technical teams.

Monitors and maintains daily enterprise processing, scheduling, backups, ACH, and end-of-day operations for a credit union. Provides technical support for core processing systems, administers monitoring tools, investigates exceptions, escalates issues, prepares service-level reporting, and supports operational continuity through on-call coverage. The role also analyzes process data, identifies service gaps, and helps implement improvements across IT and business teams.
