Design, document, and support enterprise network architectures across multiple data centers. Lead technical discussions, create standards and runbooks, plan implementations and future roadmap, mentor teams, and act as an escalation point for network issues.

Support senior engineers by building, testing, and documenting automation workflows and API-based integrations (REST/JSON/XML); assist with endpoint, SaaS, identity, and ITSM-related tasks; monitor and troubleshoot automations; learn infrastructure-as-code and scripting under supervision.
