Entry-level sales role supporting business development and pipeline acceleration for unmetered meter installations. Responsibilities include outbound prospecting, CRM management, reporting, quotation preparation, sales enablement, and cross-functional coordination to convert leads and support BDM activities. Mentored position with exposure to heat network regulation and progression toward independent BDM roles.

Support design, analysis and delivery of low-carbon heat network consultancy projects. Perform technical modelling, produce draft technical reports and design outputs, assist with site surveys, maintain models and tools, liaise with clients, manage funding application elements, and ensure high-quality deliverables under senior engineer guidance.

Handle customer enquiries across phone, email, webchat and social media; resolve issues end-to-end, log and escalate complaints, schedule appointments, support account queries, promote digital self-serve tools, meet KPIs, provide operational support, and offer feedback to improve customer experience.

Provide multi-channel customer support (phone, email, webchat, WhatsApp, social media), own and resolve enquiries end-to-end, assist with billing/accounts and appointments, log and escalate complaints, use CRM/telephony and internal systems, meet KPIs, promote digital self-serve tools, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Design, build, and maintain containerized IoT energy infrastructure. Develop Python microservices and web APIs, administer production Kubernetes clusters (EKS), ensure high availability for smart meter services, manage MQTT messaging, Docker CI/CD pipelines, and debug distributed Linux systems.

Lead architecture and implementation of embedded software for energy management and real-time control. Develop RTOS and bare-metal C/C++ firmware, integrate hardware interfaces and protocols, optimize performance and power, mentor engineers, and shape product technical direction across product lines.

Integrate and monitor building management systems (BMS) with the company EMS, implement alarm strategies, review and optimise control strategies for decarbonisation and efficiency, perform router installs and maintain connectivity, and support internal teams troubleshooting metering data across a UK portfolio.

Support month-end close, post journals, perform balance sheet and bank reconciliations, process credit card and employee expenses, manage purchase ledger and cash books, assist credit control, and provide ad-hoc financial reporting and projects to the Finance Manager or Group Financial Controller.
