Support design, analysis and delivery of low-carbon heat network consultancy projects. Perform technical modelling, produce draft technical reports and design outputs, assist with site surveys, maintain models and tools, liaise with clients, manage funding application elements, and ensure high-quality deliverables under senior engineer guidance.

Graduate rotates through consultancy and business development roles supporting heat network design, optimisation, surveys, techno-economic modelling, costing, estimating and tender submissions. Tasks include site surveys, data analysis, report and drawing preparation, grant applications, client liaison and support for operations and bids.

Handle customer enquiries across phone, email, webchat and social media; resolve issues end-to-end, log and escalate complaints, schedule appointments, support account queries, promote digital self-serve tools, meet KPIs, provide operational support, and offer feedback to improve customer experience.
