Provide multi-channel customer support (phone, email, webchat, WhatsApp, social media), own and resolve enquiries end-to-end, assist with billing/accounts and appointments, log and escalate complaints, use CRM/telephony and internal systems, meet KPIs, promote digital self-serve tools, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Qualify and manage marketing-generated leads, maintain CRM data, conduct outbound calls, support business development managers, prepare quotations, analyze conversion rates, manage sales inquiries, and coordinate event follow-up. The role owns a sales pipeline, supports marketing and sales alignment, develops prospective client relationships, and provides sales and business development support with progression toward a BDM position.

Manage B2B credit portfolios, reduce aged debt, improve debtor days and cash flow, resolve account queries, negotiate payment settlements, assess credit risk, and maintain customer relationships. Produce financial reports and dashboards using Excel, identify collection trends, and support process improvement through automation and AI-enabled tools. Collaborate with sales, projects, and contracts teams to ensure invoice accuracy and contractual compliance.
