Own cases from initial contact through resolution, assist with billing and account queries, schedule appointments, manage complaints, and promote digital self-service tools. Maintain accurate CRM records, meet KPI targets, collaborate across departments, provide heat network guidance, and contribute customer insights to continuous improvement.

Lead and mentor two software teams and one data team while shaping engineering culture, product strategy, roadmaps, architecture, and workstream priorities. Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders, participate in code reviews, and contribute high-quality code. The role requires strong Rust, TypeScript, Node.js, AWS, testing, API, database, cloud architecture, and agile development expertise.

Manage B2B credit portfolios, reduce aged debt, improve debtor days and cash flow, resolve account queries, negotiate payment settlements, assess credit risk, and maintain customer relationships. Produce financial reports and dashboards using Excel, identify collection trends, and support process improvement through automation and AI-enabled tools. Collaborate with sales, projects, and contracts teams to ensure invoice accuracy and contractual compliance.
