Provides advanced enterprise technical support for a security automation platform in Japan. Leads major incidents, resolves complex platform and integration issues, supports deployments and architecture reviews, and troubleshoots Kubernetes, cloud, Linux, networking, and security-tool integrations. The role also delivers customer and partner guidance, executive presentations, monitoring improvements, root-cause analyses, and mentorship while collaborating with Engineering, Product, Sales, and Customer Success.

Build and maintain security automation solutions, reusable components, playbooks, apps, and dashboards for Swimlane Turbine and its Marketplace. Translate SOC and MSSP workflows into configurable enterprise content, normalize security data using Python and JavaScript, integrate SIEM, EDR/XDR, identity, threat intelligence, ticketing, and cloud security tools, and incorporate controlled AI-assisted workflows. Own testing, documentation, versioning, release quality, and cross-functional collaboration.

Build and maintain standardized container images and reliable, observable CI/CD pipelines for a cloud-native platform. Improve build performance, security, reproducibility, dependency management, caching, and supply-chain security. Integrate vulnerability scanning, reduce remediation time, document golden paths, and improve developer experience. The role partners across engineering and security teams, influences platform architecture and tooling, and enables teams to ship safely and efficiently.

Design, develop, test, and scale enterprise SaaS security automation systems enhanced by GenAI. Integrate LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, RAG pipelines, and AI-driven workflows for incident triage, natural-language interfaces, auto-remediation, and summarization. Build APIs and third-party integrations, convert AI/ML proofs of concept into production systems, improve MLOps and observability, establish engineering practices, mentor teams, and collaborate globally.
