  • Collaborate with your team: Work closely with fellow BDRs, Sales, Marketing, and leadership to share ideas, improve outreach, and identify new opportunities.
  • Continuously improve: Participate in regular training, coaching, and team activities to develop your communication, prospecting, and sales skills.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who brings energy, curiosity, and a strong desire to learn and succeed.

  • Strong communication skills: You communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing, and feel comfortable starting conversations with new people.
  • Active listening: You ask thoughtful questions, pay attention to what others are saying, and genuinely want to understand their needs.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic: You're motivated, dependable, willing to put in the effort, and take pride in your work.
  • Coachability: You're open to feedback, eager to learn, and willing to apply what you've learned to continuously improve.
  • Self-motivation and accountability: You take ownership of your responsibilities, stay organized, and follow through on commitments.
  • Resilience and determination: You understand that success takes persistence, and you're comfortable working through challenges and setbacks.
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn: You're interested in technology, business, and developing new professional skills.
