Manage end-to-end execution of four corporate deliverables across a 12-hour freelance project, including two on-site sessions in Brussels/Braine and two virtual sessions. Drive end-to-end planning and delivery of large-scale cross-functional programs (events, launches, campaigns). Create project plans, timelines, RACI, and workback schedules; coordinate agencies and vendors; facilitate meetings; track milestones and action items; support roadmapping, resource allocation, and organizational program management processes.

Lead and execute account-based, multi-channel demand generation campaigns for prioritized L&D accounts. Partner with Sales to plan personalized ABM plays, create on-brand assets, manage campaign data in CRM, measure and optimize performance, and ensure marketing-sales alignment to drive engagement, pipeline, and revenue growth.

Write and deliver internal IT communications and digital campaigns supporting IT Customer Success and Enablement. Develop end-user emails, articles, guides, surveys, and reports; ensure technical accuracy with SMEs; support content planning, presentations, measurement, and use of AI tools to improve processes and content quality.

Contract finance specialist supporting month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, financial reporting and analysis, AP/AR exceptions, revenue recognition, audit readiness, internal controls, and process improvement over a 3-6 month engagement.

Lead delivery of custom learning solutions as a Learning Project Manager. Manage end-to-end project plans (Agile/Waterfall), client relationships, team collaboration, budgets, risks, and growth opportunities while ensuring ID best practices and eLearning standards are met.

Own month-end close and financial reporting for SweetRush; prepare NIIT-specific reports; support quarterly external audits; consolidate data from HubSpot, Celoxis, and QuickBooks; perform complex revenue/expense provisions and variance analysis; drive process improvements and ensure data quality for senior leadership.
