Collaborate with technical SMEs to translate complex hardware concepts into learner-ready experiences, produce AI avatar video content with HeyGen or Synthesia, and manage end-to-end instructional design and development at a pace of about one module per week.

Lead delivery of custom learning solutions as a Learning Project Manager. Manage end-to-end project plans (Agile/Waterfall), client relationships, team collaboration, budgets, risks, and growth opportunities while ensuring ID best practices and eLearning standards are met.
