Lead instructional design and project management for training initiatives: analyze needs, design/develop/deliver training, manage Master Training Readiness tasks, handle change management, create training plans and governance documents, run meetings, track tasks/risks/issues, provide status updates, and ensure stakeholder alignment for on-site Largo, FL engagement.

Contract Project Managers will own end-to-end execution of individual projects across marketing, technology, communications, and content. Responsibilities include scope, schedule, budget, risk management, vendor coordination, status reporting, and stakeholder alignment in a remote environment.

Design and scope client learning solutions, lead RFP responses and presentations, estimate effort and budgets, co-design with ID/creative/engineering teams, onboard project teams, support business development and client relationship-building, and ensure smooth transition to delivery teams.
