Lead senior and first-of-kind searches, advise hiring managers, build talent pipelines, recruit defense and national security professionals, and close high-impact candidates. Lead the design and development of major aircraft composite structures, including wings, fuselage sections, empennage, and bonded assemblies. Define structural architecture, laminate strategies, joints, load paths, tooling, and assembly approaches.
