Teams at Swarm Aero

Own and expand customer adoption of Legion software by understanding mission needs, identifying opportunities, managing complex accounts, and translating customer requirements to engineering teams. Develop proposals, white papers, presentations, and analyses while coordinating mission execution across multiple stakeholders. The role requires technical curiosity, experience with complex hardware and software systems, comfort with government or military customers, 25–75% travel, and eligibility to obtain and hold a U.S. Top Secret clearance.

Build Swarm Aero’s marketing function and brand from the ground up. Responsibilities include corporate identity, technical storytelling, internal communications, launches, defense industry events, media relations, executive communications, employer branding, agency management, budgets, vendors, and hiring. The role partners closely with founders and recruiting, supports defense and government audiences, and promotes autonomous aircraft and command-and-control software.

Provides day-to-day IT support and Microsoft 365 administration, including Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, licensing, access, MFA, onboarding, and offboarding. Provisions and maintains employee hardware, troubleshoots endpoint, identity, application, permissions, and network issues, documents processes, and improves automation. Partners with systems administrators while developing capabilities in Intune, conditional access, SSO, networking, cloud infrastructure, security, compliance, and automation.
