Support green-skilling projects through field research, needs assessments, data analysis, stakeholder consultations, and policy development. The Associate will coordinate research on community readiness, conduct surveys and household interviews, analyze large datasets, support state governments in program planning and implementation, organize stakeholder events, and monitor on-ground progress across renewable energy and waste-management initiatives.

Conduct research, needs assessments, situation analyses, and data analysis on climate, sustainability, environmental governance, and community readiness. Draft research papers, reports, policy briefs, recommendations, and policy insights for subnational government stakeholders. Collaborate with organizational leadership and state administration to operationalize community feedback and promote sustainable practices. Organize events, seminars, and roundtable discussions while supporting organizational capability building.

Supports research and analysis on India's coal, oil, and gas sectors, state-owned enterprise reform, and energy transition. Responsibilities include desk research, data collection, policy writing, stakeholder coordination, field-visit documentation, project tracking, donor reporting, knowledge management, and communications support. The role works with government departments, PSUs, regulators, development partners, and internal teams to produce policy briefs, reports, presentations, and technical notes.

Supports the Hunger Free Bharat Initiative by coordinating food distribution in underserved communities, identifying beneficiaries, and organizing outreach campaigns. Develops CSR, fundraising, and partnership proposals; engages corporates, foundations, NGOs, volunteers, and community leaders; and supports donor relationships. Prepares presentations, reports, and impact records while maintaining partnership and donation documentation. The role requires strong communication, networking, relationship management, CSR experience, and willingness to conduct field visits.

Conduct research and data analysis on clean air, lead exposure, climate, and energy policy. Provide legislative and analytical support to Members of Parliament, develop policy briefs and reports, engage government and non-government stakeholders, support field programmes and public events, and contribute to communications and knowledge dissemination. The role requires strong writing, coordination, policy understanding, responsiveness, and familiarity with Indian governmental and parliamentary systems.

Supports field-based project implementation across Jalpaiguri and Alipurduar by coordinating partners, government stakeholders, and local organizations. Responsibilities include capacity building, field monitoring, milestone tracking, compliance, documentation, contract coordination, invoicing, financial record maintenance, and issue resolution. The role requires extensive travel, strong stakeholder management, monitoring and evaluation knowledge, data analysis, reporting, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, employee lifecycle administration, HR policies, compliance, performance management, learning, engagement, compensation, benefits, HR analytics, and organizational development. Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to build scalable people processes, support workforce planning, improve HR systems, and foster an inclusive, high-performing workplace.

Lead the East Java industrial decarbonization pipeline by screening approximately 500 facilities, conducting high-level energy audits, identifying rooftop solar opportunities, and developing a pipeline of 100+ candidate factories. Liaise with PLN, the provincial energy office, industrial stakeholders, and government bodies on grid capacity, Zero-Export applications, interconnection compliance, and solar quotas. Facilitate green industry dialogues and prepare investment concept notes and opportunities.

Conduct techno-economic, financial, policy, and regulatory analyses for distributed and grid-scale battery energy storage systems in India. The consultant will model storage performance and viability, research domestic and global case studies, engage DISCOMs, government agencies, utilities, policymakers, and industry stakeholders, and develop feasibility frameworks, reports, policy briefs, presentations, and implementation recommendations for storage deployment.

Supports parliamentarians through evidence-based policy research, legislative briefings, policy briefs, data analysis, and stakeholder consultations. Conducts research on climate change, governance, social protection, and sustainable development; identifies policy gaps; and develops actionable recommendations. Engages government officials, MPs, think tanks, civil society, and grassroots organizations. Organizes policy workshops, documents outcomes, prepares reports, contributes to communications, and provides timely support under tight deadlines. The Delhi-based role includes occasional travel and may require work beyond standard hours.

Supports Members of Parliament through policy, legislative, governance, and constituency research; prepares briefs, talking points, speeches, social media content, and policy explainers. Provides administrative coordination, stakeholder follow-up, public outreach, and special-project support. Contributes to climate change, sustainable development, and public policy initiatives while delivering accurate outputs under tight deadlines.

Lead Swaniti Initiative’s People function, developing HR strategy, workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee lifecycle processes, policies, compliance, performance management, learning, engagement, compensation, HR analytics, organizational development, and change initiatives. Advise senior leadership, strengthen scalable HR systems and governance, manage employee relations, and build an inclusive, high-performing workplace across a mission-driven organization.

Support Indonesia energy-transition programs through research on power-sector reform, industrial decarbonization, blue carbon, and climate policy. Develop policy briefs, reports, impact assessments, and knowledge products; engage government, private-sector, civil-society, and development partners; coordinate workshops and field activities; track KPIs and deliverables; support stakeholder communications and knowledge management. The role is Jakarta-based and requires travel within Indonesia.
