Creates and manages communications content across digital and offline channels, including newsletters, social media, blogs, case studies, press releases, and policy briefs. Supports storytelling, media outreach, campaigns, stakeholder communications, knowledge management, and engagement reporting. Collaborates with policy, program, partnership, media, and design teams to communicate the organization’s social impact to government, civil society, donors, grassroots communities, and public audiences.

Supports recruitment, applicant screening, interview coordination, onboarding, employee engagement, learning and development programs, HR data management, reporting, and general HR operations. The role also provides employee support, maintains confidentiality, and helps ensure HR practices align with organizational values and mission.

Supports field-based project implementation across Jalpaiguri and Alipurduar by coordinating partners, government stakeholders, training activities, monitoring, documentation, compliance, contracts, invoicing, and project expenditures. Conducts field visits, tracks milestones and budgets, resolves implementation issues, maintains records, and supports data collection, analysis, reporting, and stakeholder engagement. The role requires extensive travel and strong coordination, communication, documentation, and monitoring skills.
