Conduct research, needs assessments, situation analyses, and data analysis focused on climate, sustainability, environmental governance, and community readiness in Andhra Pradesh. Draft research papers, reports, policy briefs, recommendations, and policy insights; collaborate with government stakeholders and organizational leadership to operationalize community feedback; and organize events, seminars, and roundtables supporting sustainable practices and institutional capacity.

The Finance Officer will manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain financial records, prepare invoices and financial documents, process payments and reimbursements, support reconciliations and reporting, monitor expenses, coordinate with teams and vendors, and assist with audits, statutory compliance, and documentation. The role is based in Pakur, Jharkhand, and requires accurate, confidential, and organized financial administration.

Supports Jharkhand government climate initiatives through field research, data analysis, scheme implementation, stakeholder coordination, impact measurement, case studies, reports, presentations, and policy documentation. The role focuses on renewable energy, green livelihoods, climate mitigation, and strengthening public-service programs while collaborating with district officials, NGOs, civil society organizations, and other local stakeholders.
