Manage B2B accounts receivable: contact customers, collect past-due balances, research and resolve invoice discrepancies, process credits/adjustments, and handle customer inquiries professionally and timely.

Create on-brand marketing and editorial copy across product and brand channels. Develop voice and style guides, manage content calendars, proofread and fact-check, collaborate with marketing, e‑commerce, and product teams to produce multi-channel assets that drive engagement and revenue.

Lead product development for case goods and upholstery from concept to launch. Set strategy, manage lifecycle (design, materials, engineering, costing, testing), partner with sourcing, merchandising, and sales, build a high-performing team, improve speed-to-market and quality, and travel internationally to evaluate factories and markets.

Lead brand strategy and multi-channel awareness campaigns, define brand identity and messaging, drive market penetration, ensure brand consistency, collaborate cross-functionally, and monitor KPIs to optimize brand performance and equity.
