Join a small agile team to develop, maintain, and troubleshoot .NET-based web and internal applications. Responsibilities include debugging, ETL and data maintenance, ensuring production stability, documenting design and code, and designing data models while collaborating with technical and business stakeholders.

Maintain and audit SQL databases, write automation scripts, generate validation/completeness reports, support ERP (Sage 100) and WMS (HighJump), monitor system performance, produce analytics and documentation, and improve overall data quality and processes.

Drive sales by delivering excellent customer service, product knowledge, and brand representation. Greet and educate customers, process transactions, maintain visual merchandising, build client relationships, and meet sales goals while adhering to safety and appearance standards.
