Collaborate on thermal comfort, daylight, biodiversity, water and energy concepts, masterplanning and competitions. Receive technical training and guidance in real estate consulting while developing eco-design and sustainability-label expertise.

Lead BREEAM assessments advising architects, developers and engineers to design sustainable buildings. Estimate achievable BREEAM scores, map study and construction costs, coordinate studies, ensure timely data collection, manage certification processes and financial/organizational aspects, and guide multidisciplinary teams across sustainability themes.

Manage sustainability aspects of building and master-planning projects: advise architects, developers and engineers on certifications (BREEAM, WELL, DGNB), coordinate technical studies and simulations, present results and expert guidance, oversee planning, budgeting and quality assurance, and act as the clientontact to drive sustainable solutions.

Advise architects, developers, and engineers on sustainable building design; evaluate sustainability certifications (BREEAM, WELL); oversee energy, comfort, and material studies (EPB, LCA, daylight and thermal simulations); and progressively lead multidisciplinary projects as the client's sustainability expert.

Member of the executive team who translates strategy into operational execution for the Belgian entity. Lead people and organizational development, sales and key account management, financial steering and P&L oversight, project risk and quality assurance, and process standardisation to scale the business while strengthening governance, commercial capability and recurring revenues.

Perform building-related sustainability studies including energy, thermal comfort, daylight and waterflow simulations, LCA/carbon assessments, material optimization, and energy feasibility. Prepare certification evidence (BREEAM, WELL, DGNB, GRO), advise clients with data-driven recommendations, and develop expertise as an internal specialist.
