Own the commercial process from incoming lead follow-up through closing and partnership development. Manage sales pipelines, client relationships, upselling, cross-selling, calls, meetings, proposals, tenders, and public bids. Develop sales action plans, improve follow-up processes, support pricing and positioning initiatives, and coordinate with consultants, experts, marketing, management, and international clients.

Member of the executive team who translates strategy into operational execution for the Belgian entity. Lead people and organizational development, sales and key account management, financial steering and P&L oversight, project risk and quality assurance, and process standardisation to scale the business while strengthening governance, commercial capability and recurring revenues.

Manage sustainability aspects of building and master-planning projects: advise architects, developers and engineers on certifications (BREEAM, WELL, DGNB), coordinate technical studies and simulations, present results and expert guidance, oversee planning, budgeting and quality assurance, and act as the clientontact to drive sustainable solutions.
