Lead people and organizational development, sales and key account management, financial steering and P&L oversight, project risk and quality assurance, and process standardisation to scale the business while strengthening governance, commercial capability and recurring revenues.

Lead BREEAM assessments advising architects, developers and engineers to design sustainable buildings. Estimate achievable BREEAM scores, map study and construction costs, coordinate studies, ensure timely data collection, manage certification processes and financial/organizational aspects, and guide multidisciplinary teams across sustainability themes.

Six-month specialized traineeship supporting architects on sustainable building design. Collaborate on thermal comfort, daylight, biodiversity, water and energy concepts, masterplanning and competitions. Receive technical training and guidance in real estate consulting while developing eco-design and sustainability-label expertise.
