Three-month, full-time influencer marketing internship supporting SURI's paid and gifting influencer programmes. Duties include influencer outreach and negotiation, campaign briefing and execution, content calendar coordination, performance tracking and reporting, and managing TikTok Shop creators in the US. Hybrid role based in central London, working closely with the Brand team to scale influencer efforts.

Support and scale SURI's UK influencer programme: develop channel strategy, recruit and manage talent, run end-to-end campaigns, maintain influencer calendar, track performance and insights, manage UK agency and upskill internal team to drive growth and ROI.

Lead hands-on CRM and retention marketing for a DTC brand: plan and execute email campaigns, optimise lifecycle flows and on-site opt-in, run A/B tests, support subscription/replenishment strategies, coordinate creative delivery and freelance resources, and own reporting and testing roadmap to drive repeat purchase and LTV.

Lead SURI's CRM and retention strategy, owning email marketing, lifecycle automations, segmentation, subscription growth, and reporting. Optimize and A/B test flows (welcome, replenishment, churn prevention, post-purchase), launch high-converting campaigns, collaborate with Product, Brand, and Growth teams to improve conversion, AOV and LTV, and scale repeat revenue across email, SMS, CRM and offline channels.

Build SURI's end-to-end recruitment function: design processes, candidate experience, ATS optimisation, sourcing strategies for international hiring, run 3-5 concurrent searches across commercial, marketing, product, finance and operations, advise hiring managers, manage external recruiters and report hiring metrics to leadership.

Lead end-to-end development and delivery of SURI's wet products and consumables pipeline, managing formulation, packaging, suppliers, consumer testing, business cases and cross-functional launches to deliver products on time, budget, quality and sustainability targets while coaching the NPD Executive.

The Customer Operations Manager will lead customer experience initiatives, manage insights and reporting, automate CX projects, and enhance customer logistics communications while collaborating across departments.
