Teams at SURI

Own and lead SURI’s global SKU-level demand planning process, including Netstock implementation, monthly integrated business planning, statistical forecasting, forecast accuracy tracking, inventory recommendations, safety stock, reorder points, product launches, and phase-outs. Partner with commercial, growth, operations, and finance teams to create a trusted forecast, improve decision-making, manage working capital and service levels, and reduce environmental impact through sustainable supply chain choices.

Three-month, full-time influencer marketing internship supporting SURI's paid and gifting influencer programmes. Duties include influencer outreach and negotiation, campaign briefing and execution, content calendar coordination, performance tracking and reporting, and managing TikTok Shop creators in the US. Hybrid role based in central London, working closely with the Brand team to scale influencer efforts.

Support and scale SURI's UK influencer programme: develop channel strategy, recruit and manage talent, run end-to-end campaigns, maintain influencer calendar, track performance and insights, manage UK agency and upskill internal team to drive growth and ROI.
