Lead and develop a team of 6–12 inside sales reps to meet revenue and customer acquisition goals through coaching, performance management, pipeline execution, CRM discipline, and collaboration with Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service. Recruit, train, monitor KPIs, manage forecasts and compliance, and improve processes, scripts, and workflows to ensure strong conversion and customer experience.

Lead pricing engine and governance to drive margin and price realization. Build pricing analytics, design pricing architecture and policies, enable quote-to-cash execution, oversee price increases, and coach commercial teams to improve quote turnaround, capture price moves, and reduce discount leakage.

Generate and qualify leads via phone and email, research target accounts, identify decision makers, convert prospects into sales, support marketing and events, update CRM, and meet sales targets while collaborating with sales and marketing teams.

Oversee daily branch operations including warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory control, and customer service. Improve workflows, manage expenses, support sales teams, supervise and develop staff, coordinate vendors and logistics, and handle purchasing and administrative reporting to meet operational and profitability goals.
