Builds and manages the GRC team, oversees policy and standards, monitors risk metrics, supports customer security reviews, and guides AI-related security governance across the healthcare organization.

Build and extend automated enterprise data governance and quality frameworks. Define measurable trust rules, data contracts, validation and certification workflows, metadata, lineage, tagging, and trust scoring across a cloud data platform. The role requires strong SQL, BigQuery or comparable warehouse experience, and expertise with data quality or observability tools.

Supports clinical data analysis, workflow improvement, solution requirements, project coordination, clinical content, dashboards, and customer engagement. Serves as a clinical subject matter expert, applying healthcare terminologies, data standards, SQL, Excel, and analytical tools to generate insights from EHR data. Collaborates with EHR vendors, pharmacies, payers, and internal teams on health IT initiatives and clinical solutions, including AI-enabled capabilities.

Leads product excellence for the prior authorization product area, managing Product Managers and Analysts across ideation, discovery, prioritization, roadmap development, delivery, and lifecycle management. Partners with technical leadership on solution and build decisions, customer experience, quality improvement, onboarding, and product utilization. Lead enterprise AI initiatives as a principal engineer and solution architect. Design, prototype, and deploy scalable generative AI, RAG, agentic AI, and predictive solutions. Translate business needs into technical requirements, evaluate technologies and vendors, conduct architecture reviews, and establish AI engineering, trust, safety, monitoring, and compliance standards. Mentor engineers and guide responsible AI practices across customer-facing products and internal operations.

Responsibilities include schema and data modeling, query tuning, cloud database operations, infrastructure-as-code provisioning, automated schema management, policy enforcement, replication, failover, disaster recovery, observability, and technology evaluation. The role collaborates with agile teams to deliver scalable, resilient database solutions for high-volume business workloads.

Lead the design, development, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and production support of secure, high-volume software applications. Provide technical leadership across the software development lifecycle, conduct code and design reviews, improve automated testing and observability, mentor engineers, and promote Agile, security, privacy, and quality practices. Build and maintain AI-enabled components responsibly while collaborating with architects, customers, product partners, and engineering teams.

Supports sales and account management teams by positioning healthcare technology solutions, conducting prospect discovery and vetting, answering technical integration questions, leading RFP/RFI responses, representing the company at industry events, and advising customers on network requirements, standards, use cases, and implementation effort.
