Manages regional human resources operations, including recruiting, onboarding, benefits, employee records, performance reviews, compensation, employee relations, compliance, training, unemployment claims, and workforce reporting. Advises management on personnel matters, conducts investigations and exit interviews, supports safety and regulatory requirements, and maintains HR information in Paylocity. The role requires occasional site visits, meetings, training travel, and availability outside normal office hours.

Lead regional operations for Support Solutions, designing and managing Medicaid/HCBS waiver programs for individuals with intellectual disabilities. Oversee staffing, compliance, documentation, training, budgeting, community resource access, audits, and stakeholder meetings. Serve as team leader, ensure quality outcomes and regulatory adherence.

Manage and reconcile personal funds: record transactions, audit invoices, prepare vouchers/checks, reconcile bank statements, maintain tracking systems and personal funds files, assist clients with benefits/applications, train staff, track leases, and support tax and utility processes.

Provides applied behavior analysis services for individuals with developmental disabilities, including functional assessments, skill assessments, behavior support plans, data analysis, progress reporting, crisis guidance, telehealth, and RBT supervision. The role requires maintaining BCBA certification and Tennessee licensure, coordinating with families and stakeholders, ensuring documentation and billing accuracy, participating in planning and risk-management activities, and delivering authorized services in accordance with BACB, DDA, and ethical standards.
