Develop and manage individualized Plans of Care for people with developmental disabilities; coordinate and monitor waiver services, medical/social/educational supports, crisis intervention, referrals, and community resources; document contacts and billing integrity; provide guidance to direct care staff and ensure quality of care through regular face-to-face visits and reporting.

Lead regional operations for Support Solutions, designing and managing Medicaid/HCBS waiver programs for individuals with intellectual disabilities. Oversee staffing, compliance, documentation, training, budgeting, community resource access, audits, and stakeholder meetings. Serve as team leader, ensure quality outcomes and regulatory adherence.

Coordinate and deliver mandated training, maintain training records and certifications, administer Relias and Excel training database, create calendars/reports, audit compliance, assist HR with recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations, and serve as second-in-command to the HR Manager.
