Legal Counsel will support investment transactions, portfolio company governance, corporate housekeeping, fund formation, fundraising, and regulatory matters. The role involves drafting and negotiating shareholder agreements, SPAs, term sheets, and coordinating due diligence. As the first legal team hire, the counsel will also build playbooks, templates, processes, knowledge management, and legal technology initiatives while progressively taking ownership of standard transactions.

Manage the operational, financial, and reporting activities of investment vehicles and portfolio companies. Responsibilities include monitoring funds and portfolio events, preparing financial statements and performance measurements, coordinating with depositaries, fund accountants, and auditors, maintaining fund dashboards, producing investor reports, deploying ESG policies, and improving the company’s information system. The role requires strong understanding of investment funds, financial rigor, and fluent French and English.

Investment analyst intern supporting deal flow, investment opportunity analysis, management discussions, investment memos, business plan models, thematic research, portfolio monitoring, and management company projects. The role offers exposure to venture capital, emerging technologies, corporate strategy, and the European technology ecosystem. Candidates should be final-year students with an engineering or business background, fluent English, native or bilingual French, and ideally prior experience in venture capital, consulting, incubation, acceleration, corporate finance, or technology strategy.
