Lead FP&A for a clinical-stage biotech: build complex financial models, long-range plans, and program-level forecasting; partner with R&D, Clinical Ops, and leadership; drive budgeting, executive and board reporting, FP&A process development, and build a finance team to support growth.

Lead technical accounting, external financial reporting, and audit interactions. Develop accounting policies, prepare disclosures and technical memos, support SEC reporting, implement controls, and partner cross-functionally to scale finance processes for a growing biotech.

Design, build, and operate production software systems linking wet lab workflows and scientific data to the company data platform. Own compound registration, experimental data ingestion, integrations, backend services, data pipelines, and internal tools. Ensure systems are testable, observable, resilient, and scalable; collaborate with scientists to translate workflows into technical solutions and improve data quality through validation, monitoring, CI/CD, and operational ownership.

Lead HR strategy and execution for a rapidly scaling biotech: workforce planning, full-cycle recruiting, org design, compliance across states, HRIS optimization, performance management, total rewards and compensation strategy, manager coaching, and establishment of audit-ready HR processes.
