Behind our technology are the systems and processes that keep our business running every day.
And you could help make them work even better.
Join our Corporate IT team for a six-month internship and gain hands-on experience with the business applications supporting our Finance and Supply Chain operations, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
You'll work on real improvement projects, collaborate with different teams and discover how technology helps solve everyday business challenges.
You'll be involved in both project work and day-to-day application support, with the opportunity to take ownership of specific tasks and improvements.
- Understand business needs. Work with Finance and Supply Chain colleagues to gather requirements, understand their processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Help improve our systems. Contribute to projects involving Microsoft Dynamics 365 and other connected business applications, from initial planning through testing and implementation.
- Put solutions to the test. Prepare and execute test scenarios, identify issues and help ensure new functionalities work as expected.
- Support our users. Help troubleshoot application issues, manage support requests and find solutions alongside experienced IT colleagues.
- Make processes clearer. Create process maps, functional documentation, user guides and training materials.
- Explore opportunities for automation. Look at how business processes can be simplified and made more efficient.
You'll also discover how IT projects are managed in a regulated, international company, including change management, internal controls and audit requirements.
