Lead manufacturing operations and a team of supervisors to meet production, quality, safety, and cost goals. Oversee hiring, training, performance management, KPI monitoring, cross-functional problem solving, and continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce waste.

Create and manage electrical BIM models (LOD 300-400) and CAD shop drawings, perform clash detection and BIM audits, extract quantities for estimating, validate vendor equipment, support constructability reviews, code compliance, site walkdowns, and produce coordinated as-built documentation and close-out deliverables while supporting procurement and field teams.

Operate and set up continuous enameling ovens for aluminum and copper magnet wire production. Monitor equipment, inspect wire for defects, braid and finish spools, reject and document defective material, maintain housekeeping, segregate hazardous waste, and record data using computerized systems.

Operate and set up enameling lines/ovens on a night 12-hour shift (8pm-8am). Monitor machine processes, perform start-ups, changeovers and welds, manage payoff/take-up areas, ensure product quality and compliance with safety and environmental rules, complete required paperwork, housekeeping, and assist in training new associates.

Supervise electrical construction and installation across multiple project sites. Lead field electricians and subcontractors, interpret electrical/shop drawings, ensure NEC/OSHA compliance, manage productivity, safety, materials, and reporting, and support testing, commissioning, and project close-out.

Supervise and coordinate shift activities in wire and cable production: plan schedules, assign work, enforce safety and quality, train and appraise staff, inspect equipment, resolve operational issues, assist engineering, and maintain production records and inventory.
