This night-shift role works 12-hour staggered shifts from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m. and assists with training new associates.

Operates enamel ovens and wire draw machines to produce aluminum and copper magnet wire. Performs equipment setup, quality checks, troubleshooting, basket welding, production documentation, corrective actions, material handling, and housekeeping. Operates forklifts and cranes while maintaining supplies and shipment paperwork. Requires safe handling of protective equipment and lifting up to 45 pounds.

Manage national customer accounts and drive profitable growth in energy and electrical markets. Responsibilities include strategic account planning, customer business reviews, contract negotiations, retention, new business development, pipeline management, forecasting, market analysis, and value-based selling. The role partners with engineering, manufacturing, operations, and supply chain teams to support customer requirements and program execution. It is primarily remote, with travel of approximately 25–40% and regular visits to the Simcoe manufacturing facility.

Create and manage electrical BIM models (LOD 300-400) and CAD shop drawings, perform clash detection and BIM audits, extract quantities for estimating, validate vendor equipment, support constructability reviews, code compliance, site walkdowns, and produce coordinated as-built documentation and close-out deliverables while supporting procurement and field teams.

Supervise electrical construction and installation across multiple project sites. Lead field electricians and subcontractors, interpret electrical/shop drawings, ensure NEC/OSHA compliance, manage productivity, safety, materials, and reporting, and support testing, commissioning, and project close-out.
