Supports engineering and production operations through production data collection, performance reporting, process testing, tooling inspection, and die inventory coordination. Performs water and lubricant testing, maintains measurement and condition records, sequences die sets, identifies data or tooling discrepancies, and supports continuous improvement while following safety and quality standards.

Leads budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, market analysis, financial modeling, capital investment evaluation, and M&A support. Partners with regional FP&A teams and cross-functional stakeholders to align KPIs, assess business performance, develop scenarios, and provide recommendations to senior leadership. The role also prepares executive reporting, analyzes copper pricing and end-market trends, and supports valuation, due diligence, quality of earnings reviews, and post-transaction integration.

Supports sales and customer experience from quoting through order fulfillment and post-sale service. Reviews purchase orders, enters and manages sales orders in QAD ERP, prepares quotes, resolves discrepancies, processes returns and credits, provides order updates, maintains compliance documentation and SOPs, and identifies process improvements. Collaborates with sales, operations, and customers to ensure accurate, responsive, and consistent interactions.
