Supports monthly payroll preparation and ongoing HR administration, including validating employee data, managing absences and benefits information, preparing documentation, assisting with onboarding and offboarding, maintaining trackers and templates, and supporting employment certificates and official statements. The intern works closely with the Payroll Specialist, especially during payroll-heavy periods, and handles sensitive information with accuracy and discretion.

Translates business needs into technical requirements, user stories, workflows, specifications, and acceptance criteria. Guides digital projects from ideation through implementation, integrates new technologies, manages stakeholders, explains technical concepts to nontechnical audiences, and collaborates with QA to ensure high-quality solutions.

Design and recommend secure, high-performing software architectures aligned with client needs and industry best practices. Consult with clients, collaborate with sales on proposals, create delivery plans, assess existing systems, guide internal engineering teams across frontend, backend, infrastructure, and testing, and manage technology risks. The role also contributes to engineering thought leadership through articles, conferences, and internal knowledge sharing.
