Teams at Supercharge

Lead end-to-end software product delivery from discovery through support handover. Manage stakeholders, budgets, timelines, scope, risks, dependencies, technical discussions, and distributed development teams across mobile, backend, and web projects. Translate business requirements into technical outcomes, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, create specifications and delivery plans, manage change, and maintain client relationships. Collaborate with design, architecture, product strategy, and technology teams to deliver high-quality digital products.

Owns net-new business generation and revenue across digital transformation, data, AI, digital product, and design services. The role personally prospects, qualifies, and closes complex EUR 0.5–3M deals; manages an SDR and Business Development Director; leads outbound sequences, account-based campaigns, CRM forecasting, and marketing alignment; represents the company at buyer events; and feeds market insight back into service and product strategy.

Leads a five-person Business Analysis team while delivering hands-on digital product and IT project work. Translates business needs into requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, specifications, and development plans; collaborates with designers, consultants, architects, engineers, clients, and project managers through implementation. Owns BA team goals, mentoring, career development, staffing, processes, quality improvement, and professional standards while contributing to product leadership and organizational direction.
